Get to Know Chantall

Welcome! I’m Chantall (Shan-Tell) and I am a Neurodivergent Bilingual Latina Therapist in Southern CA. I was raised in a low income single parent household which has driven my ambition and passion to help others thrive even when they have experienced challenges in their childhood. I have done my own healing work in the client role both in Individual Therapy and Couples Therapy. This is why I understand how challenging it can be to explore childhood wounds and unhealthy patterns, but also how possible it really is to find peace and heal.

Creating a space where my clients feel like they belong and can be themselves is important to me. Within my therapy style I like to gently challenge my clients to think of new ways to look at situations and eventually take risks to challenge the way wounds and experiences have affected their view of the world, relationships, and themselves.

When I am not in the role of therapist, I love to spend time with my husband and three children. We love movie nights, having dance parties, playing Nintendo Switch, and playing board games. I absolutely love to read (and listen to) books and research different topics that I think my clients would benefit from but also read Contemporary Romance books just for fun.
